What is the address of the SpiritBank Event Center?
Currently, SBEC is not easily found on Google Maps, Yahoo Maps and MapQuest.  If you wish to utilize these sights try searching for 101st and S. Memoial Dr. and then drive one block further south to find us at 105th and S. Memorial Dr.

Are pets allowed?
Animals or pets are not permitted on the premises at SpiritBank Event Center, with the exception of service animals such as guide dogs. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

Will my bag be searched?
SpiritBank Event Center asks all guests to arrive early and travel light to all events. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat without blocking accessibility to other seats. All oversized bags are prohibited. SpiritBank Event Center does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Am I allowed to bring food in?
Outside food and beverages, including bottled water, are strictly prohibited in SpiritBank Event Center at any time.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the arena box office or you can purchase them onine simply by clicking on the "Events and Tickets" page.  Then select "buy tickets" on your chosen event.    

Group discounts are available for some shows, please call (918) 369-9360 to inquire about availablilty.

Are Cameras Allowed?
Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside SpiritBank Event Center at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera, however, for some events, all cameras of any type will be prohibited.

Will there be a coat check?
The SpiritBank Event Center does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

What is expected of a ticket holder?
• Guests shall be respectful of others around them and to the SpiritBank Event Center staff. Guests shall comply with all requests from event center staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.
• Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other ticketholders.
• During some concerts, the artists may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of others.
• Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the athletes in any way.
• Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
• During some sporting events, guests shall wait for a stop in play before moving about the arena. Guests shall adhere to the instructions and directions of arena staff.
• Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structures at the SpiritBank Event Center.
• Guests shall not block the aisles with any type of obstructions.
• Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and guests shall provide their ticket upon request of any staff member.
• As required by the SpiritBank Event Center, guests are prohibited from smoking throughout the entirety of the facility.
• Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner and shall not disturb the general public.
• Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher, Security Officer or Guest Services Representative.
• Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures.

Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. Season ticket holders may also be subject to having their season subscription revoked. We thank you for your cooperation.

Where is the SpiritBank Event Center Located?
The SpiritBank Event Center is conveniently located at 105th and Memorial toward the rear of Regal Plaza.  It is approximately 2 miles south of Highway 169 and is adjacent to many restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Are elevators accessible?
Elevators within SpiritBankEvent Center are reserved for the use of our employees, working media, disabled patrons, and select VIP ticketholders  only. Disabled patrons who require the use of mobility aid are encouraged to use our elevators. Additionally, patrons who have limited mobility and are unable to climb stairs, but do not require the use of a mobility device, should contact us for an elevator pass. Please have the date of the event as well as your section, row, and seat number available when calling.

Are Handouts/Leaflets/Vending allowed?
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of SpiritBank Event Center. In addition, vending, peddling or products sampling is strictly prohibited unless you have received written permission.

Will tickets be put on pre-sale?
For some events at SpiritBank Event Center, promoters may decide to utilitze a pre-sale date, which "Backstage Pass" members may participate in. During a pre-sale, a limited number of tickets are available for sale prior to the actual sale of tickets to the general public. Please note that while a pre-sale will afford you the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public sale, there is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain tickets, as there is a limited supply of tickets.

Are any items prohibited within the event center?
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you maybe subject to search. We ask that our guests avoid bringing unnecessary items. SpiritBank Event Center may utilize metal detecting hand wands, walk-through metal detectors or other devices. Bags that have passed inspection must fit reasonably under your seat. Items which are prohibited include: weapons, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera, however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.

SpiritBank Event Center does not refund or exchange tickets for any event.

SpiritBank Event Center is dedicated to providing a safe and family-friendly atmosphere which is established from hired professional security and patrol.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed at any time on the premises of the SpiritBank Event Center.

Can I bring a stroller?
If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events in Event Center. Please understand, however, that the strollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat comfortably. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and our staff is not responsible for strollers or other items carried.
